Ms. Judy Walker, President
Ms. Walker’s career has been very diversified in Property Management throughout Alberta and Manitoba for over 30 years. While working in Fort McMurray, her management portfolio consisted of 500 townhouse units and 500 mobile homes. She continued building her knowledge and expertise in property management by successfully managing condominium, rental, and various commercial projects in Calgary. Because of her expertise, Ms. Walker always captured the attention of Management Firms. During the period when Ms. Walker was a manager for a major real estate company, she supervised a portfolio of 2000 rental units. She has managed condominiums since 1980.
Ms. Walker was one of the founding partners of Harlen Management Ltd., and was a partner until 1994 when the company was sold. She subsequently managed a condominium portfolio for the purchasers until late 1999 when the company was again sold. She is the founder and the sole owner of Ultimate Property Management Inc., specializing in condominium management and consulting since 2000.
Ms. Walker holds the professional accreditations of A.C.C.I. (Associate Canadian Condominium Institute) and A.C.M. (Accredited Condominium Manager) and F.C.C.I. (Fellow of the Canadian Condominium Institute). She has been an active member of the Canadian Condominium Institute since 1986, serving on the Executive Council and as an instructor at C.C.I. Seminars. For many years she has held her A.C.C.I. designation. Successful candidates are entitled to use the designatory letters “A.C.C.I.” as recognition of their high degree of skill, professionalism and outstanding achievements. She also recently received a Fellowship of the Canadian Condominium Institute Award in recognition of her meritorious service to the condominium industry.
Ms. Walker is one of the founding members and is a past Board of Director of the Association of Condominium Managers of Alberta. Ms. Walker is a licensed Real Estate Broker, as well as a Commissioner of Oaths.
